After using my foot, the remote, or the door's pushbutton, my electric cargo door is grudgingly opening.

I find it odd that the instructions mention the door opening that way in cold weather. Is the motor undersized? Occasionally, even when the cargo door is already disengaged, pressing the button two or three times causes the door to open fully. There is no issue with closing.
I’ll go see the dealer in the next few days.
Does anyone else have this issue?

It could be a sensor or motor issue. I’ve heard of the same issues, especially in cold weather. Let us know if you sort it out

Any updates on this, please? I am kinda having a similar issue.

I think the boot isn't sitting correctly. Because of this, it touches the roof and makes it harder to open. Go to the dealership and have them adjust it.

You might want to try putting some silicone grease on the cargo door seal – it seems to stick a little too much to the flap. Stellantis should probably look into using a different seal material or beefing up the door motor. Let us know if it works for you!

Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful! I’m no expert, but it definitely sounds odd. My first guess would be a motor issue or the system not fully disengaging, maybe it’s just a little lazy, haha. Glad you’re seeing the dealer soon, hopefully, they can work their magic. You’re not alone though, sounds like something others might be dealing with too!
